Pecan Sandies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
1/3 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1/4 c. powdered sugar
Preparation

Beat butter for 30 seconds; add sugar and beat until fluffy. Add vanilla and 2 teaspoons water; beat well.
Stir in flour and pecans; shape into 1-inch balls.
Place on an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake in a 325\u00b0 oven about 20 minutes.
Cool.
Gently shake a few cookies at a time in
a bag with powdered sugar.
