Sliced Baked Potatoes(Serves 4) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium even potatoes
1 tsp. salt
2 to 3 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
2 to 3 Tbsp. fresh herbs (such as parsley, chives, thyme, etc.) or 2 to 3 Tbsp. dried herbs of your choice
4 Tbsp. grated Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Peel potatoes if skin is tough, otherwise, just scrub and rinse.
Cut potatoes into slices, being carefully not to slice all the way through the potatoes.
Put potatoes on a baking dish and fan them out slightly.
Sprinkle with salt and drizzle with butter.
Sprinkle with herbs.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for about 50 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with cheeses.
Bake for another 10 to 15 minutes, until lightly browned, cheeses are melted and potatoes are soft inside.
(Recipe can be microwaved.)
