Pumpkin Cake Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, beaten with mixer at high speed for 5 minutes
1 c. sugar
2/3 c. pumpkin
1 tsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. finely chopped walnuts
Preparation

Beat together the eggs, sugar, pumpkin and lemon juice.
Stir together the dry ingredients.
Stir in dry ingredients.
Pour in a greased 15 x 10 x 1-inch pan.
Top with 1 cup nuts.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Turn out on towel; sprinkle with powdered sugar. Starting at narrow end, roll towel and cake together.
Cool; unroll.
