Ratatouille - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion
    1 eggplant
    1 green pepper
    1 clove garlic
    1 zucchini
    10 oz. can whole tomatoes
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 bay leaf
    red pepper flakes (optional)
Preparation
    Dice onions.
    Chop garlic.
    Heat onions and garlic in a pot with 1 tablespoon oil.
    Chop green pepper, zucchini and eggplant. Add green pepper and cover.
    Cook for 5 minutes.
    Add zucchini and eggplant; cover.
    Cook for 5 minutes.
    Add remaining ingredients and cook uncovered for 30 minutes.
    Serves 4 to 6.
