Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boneless chicken breasts, cooked and cut into bite size pieces
    1 can low salt mushroom soup
    1 can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
    1 1/2 c. celery, chopped and parboiled
    1 c. sour cream or low-fat mayo
    1 small pkg. Pepperidge Farm or Stove Top stuffing
Preparation
    Grease 8 x 8-inch casserole dish.
    Combine first five ingredients.
    Place in casserole.
    Prepare stuffing according to box instructions.
    Spread on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes. Serves 6 to 8 portions.
