Ingredients

2 c. milk
3/4 c. honey
3 beaten eggs
2 c. whipped cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. coarsely chopped black walnuts
Preparation

In saucepan blend milk and honey.
Cook and stir until hot (do not boil).
Remove from heat.
Stir moderate amount of hot mixture into beaten eggs; return to saucepan.
Cook and stir 2 minutes longer.
Cool to room temperature.
Balen in whipped cream and vanilla.
Stir in black walnuts.
Freeze mixture in ice cream freezer, according to manufacturer's directions.
Makes 2 quarts.
