Creole Lemon Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sticks butter or margarine
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. cream
3 tsp. fresh lemon juice
3 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Cream butter and sugar until white. Add eggs and cream.
Blend.
Add flour, baking powder and lemon juice, in that order.
Blend.
Bake 45 minutes or until light brown.
