Cajun Shrimp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. butter
1/2 lb. margarine
1 Tbsp. ground rosemary
1 Tbsp. black pepper
1 tsp. hot pepper sauce
2 lemons, sliced
1 tsp. salt
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 to 3 lb. shrimp (unpeeled with heads on)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Melt butter and margarine in a saucepan.
Add other ingredients, except shrimp.
Place shrimp in a baking pan and pour heated sauce over, coating well.
Cook at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Turn shrimp and cook another 10 minutes. Use leftover sauce for dipping.
