Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. Wesson oil
    2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 c. zucchini, peeled and grated
    3 c. sifted flour
    3 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. coconut
    1 can crushed pineapple
Preparation
    Add all ingredients together and pour into 2 loaf pans, greased and floured.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
