Valjean'S Drop Donuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. mace
    1/4 c. oil
    1 egg
    3/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in bowl.
    Mix with mixer until well blended.
    Fry in oil on top of stove in heavy pan until brown. Drain on brown paper bag covered with paper towel.
    Roll in either powdered sugar or cinnamon and sugar.
