Mexican Crock-Pot Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 onion, chopped
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes, mashed
    1 can chili without beans
    1 can Ranch Style chili beans, drained
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 carton sour cream
Preparation
    Brown hamburger and onion together; drain.
    Add Ro-Tel, chili, Ranch Style beans and Velveeta.
    Simmer in crock-pot at least 2 hours.
    Just before serving, add 1 carton sour cream.
