Halibut With Heavenly Topping - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fillets
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    3 Tbsp. softened butter
    3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    3 Tbsp. chopped onions (optional)
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of hot Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Place towel dried fillets, skin side down, in a single layer on well-greased shallow baking pan (13 x 9-inch).
    Brush tops with lemon juice.
    Broil 4 inches from heat for 6 to 8 minutes. Combine remaining ingredients.
    Remove fish from heat and spread cheese mixture on fish.
    Broil
    2 to 3 minutes longer, or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
