Lemon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. finely shredded lemon peel
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    3/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl, stir together first five ingredients.
    In another bowl, beat together egg, milk, oil and lemon juice.
    Add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened.
    Pour batter into two greased 6 x 3 x 2-inch loaf pans.
