Ingredients

6 boxes or 2 heads cauliflower
10 slices Longhorn cheese
2 cans tomato soup
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
oregano
Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Bring cauliflower to a boil in salt water just until it starts to get soft.
Drain well.
Place in oblong baking dish.
Spoon on tomato soup straight from can.
Place Longhorn cheese on top of soup and top with tomato sauce.
Sprinkle with oregano and then plenty of Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
