Corn Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. half and half
    4 eggs, well beaten
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 (12 oz.) cans white creamed corn or 4 c. fresh corn, cut off cob
Preparation
    Heat butter and sugar in saucepan until butter melts.
    Stir in flour until well blended.
    Remove from heat.
    Gradually add cream, then eggs, then baking powder.
    Make certain dry ingredients are incorporated.
    Combine with corn and pour into buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Yield:
    6 servings.
