Gazpacho - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. finely chopped, peeled tomatoes
1/2 c. finely chopped, seeded green bell pepper
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1/2 c. finely chopped, peeled cucumber
1/2 c. finely chopped green onions
1/4 c. finely chopped parsley
1 clove garlic, pressed
2 to 3 Tbsp. wine vinegar
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 (46 oz.) can V-8 juice
1 c. sour cream for garnish
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except sour cream and chill well.
Top with sour cream mixed with a hint of garlic, if desired.
Serves 8 to 10.
