Peaches With Amaretto - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. peaches, sliced and peeled
1/4 c. Amaretto
4 (1 1/2-inch) Amarettini cookies, crumbled

Preparation

Slice and peel peaches, marinate in Amaretto in shallow glass bowl for 2 hours.
Serve in glass dishes and sprinkle with crumbled cookies.
Serves 4.
