Speedies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lbs. pork
2 lbs. beef
2 lbs. lamb
3/4 cup wine vinegar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup water
1/8 tsp. red pepper
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. sweet basil
1 tsp. chopped parsley
1 onion, minced
2 cloves of garlic, minced
Pinch each of oregano and mint
Preparation

Cut the meat into 3/4 inch cubes.
Combine all liquid and spices, and stir.
Add the meat, stir and cover.
Put in refrigerator and marinate overnight.
Cook over grill by placing meat on skewers, eight pieces to a skewer, and baste liberally with left-over marinade sauce.
Best eaten \"hot dog\" style in Italian bread.
