Salmon Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) can red salmon
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. horseradish
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of Tabasco
    1/2 c. pecans
    3 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    Combine first 6 ingredients.
    Form into 1 large or 2 small balls.
    Roll in pecans and parsley.
    Freezes well.
