Tuna 'N Rice Dinner - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. butter
1 c. chopped onion
1pkg. frozen peas and carrots
1 1/2 c. milk
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. drained tuna
1 1/2 c. instant rice
2 Tbsp. minced parsley
1/3 c. toasted, sliced almonds
Preparation

Melt butter in large skillet on medium heat.
Add onion.
Cook and stir until tender, but not browned.
Stir in vegetables, milk, soup and pepper.
Bring to boil.
Stir in tuna, rice and parsley. Cover.
Remove from heat.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Garnish with almonds (optional).
