Meat Pies(French) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. lean ground pork
    1 lb. lean ground chuck
    4 medium onions, cut small
    garlic powder to taste
    clover (ground) to taste
    salt and pepper to taste
    poultry seasoning to taste
    parsley flakes (pinch)
    bread, broken very fine (3 to 4 slices)
Preparation
    Put ingredients in a large pot with 3 cups of water over low heat.
    Cook slowly to remove pink.
    Divide into 4 uncooked pie shells.
    Bake for 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Freezes really well.
