Microwave Fruitcake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. soft butter
    6 Tbsp. dark brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. corn syrup or honey
    6 eggs
    3/4 c. flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. allspice
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/3 c. brandy or rum
    1 3/4 c. red cherries
    1 3/4 c. green cherries
    6 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Cream butter,
    sugar
    and
    corn syrup.\tAdd eggs 1 at a time, beating continually.
    Blend flour, salt, baking powder, nutmeg, allspice
    and cinnamon until smooth.
    Stir in brandy. Fold in cherries
    and
    nuts.
    Pour into 12 cup Bundt pan (very lightly greased).
    Microwave on High for 18 minutes, rotating a quarter turn every 4 minutes.
    Rest 15 to 20 minutes before loosening. Invert from pan.
    Glaze if desired.
