Oven-Barbecued Spareribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. spareribs
1/4 c. vinegar
1 c. catsup
1 c. water
1 onion, grated
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation

Cut ribs in serving pieces; place meaty side up in a large shallow pan.
Sprinkle with salt.
Bake in a 450\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
Combine remaining ingredients; pour over ribs.
Reduce heat to 350\u00b0.
Bake 45 to 60 minutes longer, basting occasionally.
