Frozen Cucumber Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. unpeeled, sliced cucumbers
    2 Tbsp. salt (canning salt)
    1 medium onion, sliced thin
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. white vinegar
Preparation
    Combine cucumbers, onion and salt in large bowl.
    Let stand 2 hours, then drain well.
    Add sugar and vinegar.
    Stir well to mix. Pour over mixture in glass or plastic containers and freeze.
    To serve, just thaw.
    The pickles will be crispy and tasty.
