Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 qt. tomatoes, chopped
    6 to 7 c. white onion, chopped
    4 to 10 Anaheim peppers (for how hot you like it)
    1 1/3 c. white vinegar
    3 to 4 jalapeno
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. garlic salt
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Simmer until thick.
    Bottle and process 10 to 15 minutes.
    Makes about 7 pints.
    I put my onions and peppers in a food grinder.
