Summer Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean ground beef or turkey (ground)*
    2 Tbsp. Morton Tender Quick curing salt
    1/4 tsp. onion powder
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
    1 Tbsp. mustard seed (optional)
    1 c. water
Preparation
    *Note:
    If you use turkey, cut down on water a bit.
