Cookie Crumb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
dash of salt
3/4 c. crushed chocolate wafers
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Beat egg whites and salt until they form soft peaks.
Add sugar; beat until stiff.
Fold in nuts, vanilla and cookies. Spread in buttered pie pan and bake for 35 minutes in a 325\u00b0 oven. Chill.
Top with Cool Whip.
