Fiesta Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (17 oz.) can whole kernel corn
    1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn
    1/4 c. chopped ripe olives
    1/4 c. chopped canned pimento
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    dash of Tabasco sauce
    1 c. cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Combine corn, olives, pimento, onion and green pepper with eggs and seasonings; add cracker crumbs and cheese and mix thoroughly.
    Pour into 2-quart baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
