Sauerkraut Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium onion, chopped fine
3 Tbsp. butter
2 c. chopped ham
dash of Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
6 Tbsp. flour
1 egg
2 c. sauerkraut
1/2 c. beef broth
1 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation

Saute onion in butter.
Add meat and garlic.
Stir in flour and egg and cook until thick.
Add remaining ingredients.
Chill for an hour.
Roll into balls and freeze overnight.
Roll balls into flour and milk mixture (1 cup each) and then into cracker crumbs.
Fry in deep fryer until golden brown.
