Roquefort Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 whole chicken breasts
salt
3 Tbsp. margarine, melted
1 (4 oz.) pkg. crumbled Roquefort or Blue cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
Preparation

Brown chicken; put in 9-inch baking dish.
Set aside.
Stir cheese, garlic and sour cream into pan drippings in skillet.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until heated thoroughly. Do not let mixture boil.
Spoon sauce over chicken.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
