Applesauce Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 c. raisins and nuts, mixed
2/3 c. oil
1 1/2 c. hot applesauce
2 tsp. soda
flour (enough to make a thick batter)

Preparation

Mix sugar and oil.
Add raisins and nuts.
Stir soda into hot applesauce; add to sugar mixture and then add flour.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
