Pot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large frying chicken
    1 stick margarine
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 c. chicken broth
    1 c. milk
    1 (No. 2) can peas, drained
    1 (No. 2) can mixed vegetables, drained
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    salt to taste
    1 recipe (single crust) pastry dough
Preparation
    Cook
    chicken
    until tender.
    Remove from bone; discard skin and
    dice meat.
    Reserve broth.
    Melt margarine in a pan and
    stir in
    flour.
    Add 3 cups broth and the milk.
    Cook to sauce consistency.
    Place
    chicken and vegetables in a large, deep casserole.
    Add sauce, salt and pepper;
    mix well.
