Kifle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c flour
    12 oz butter (3 sticks)
    1 oz yeast (2 small squares or 1/2 large)
    3 yolks
    1/2 c sour cream
    grated rind of one lemon
Preparation
    Crumble yeast into flour and cut in butter, like for a piecrust. Add sour cream, beaten egg yolks and rind. Mix well. Roll out dough on powdered sugar. Cut dough into triangles. Fill with nut filling (recipe to follow). Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
    Brown on bottom only. Roll cookies in powdered sugar while still warm.
