Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. skim milk
    1 tsp. peach, raspberry or other fruit extract
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    artificial sweetener to equal 1/2 c. sugar
    8 slices enriched white bread, toasted and made into crumbs
Preparation
    In mixing bowl, combine skim milk, extracts and sweetener. Add bread crumbs and stir with fork until crumbs are evenly moistened.
    Press into bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie pan.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
    Cool.
