Quick Pineapple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3 eggs
    1 stick oleo, melted
    1 c. coconut
    1 can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Blend flour, sugar, eggs and melted oleo.
    Add coconut and drained pineapple; blend well.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake in slow oven for 50 to 60 minutes at 325\u00b0.
