Chef'S Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
1 lb. ground meat
1 small onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. oleo
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tsp. garlic salt
pepper to taste
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, diced
1/3 c. tomato sauce
Preparation

Cook noodles; drain.
Brown onions and meat in oleo.
Combine all other ingredients and noodles.
Put in 2-quart casserole dish. Bake covered at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Mild tasting.
Very good.
Can be frozen.
