Apricot Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. dried apricots, chopped
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. oleo
1 egg, well beaten
1/4 c. sugar, mixed in 1/2 c. orange juice
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. soda
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Soak apricots for 20 minutes and drain. Cream oleo and sugar. Add eggs. Add orange juice and sugar mixture. Add dry ingredients and blend well. Stir in apricots and nuts. Bake in a greased and floured pan at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes to an hour.
