Salmon Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (15 oz.) can salmon
1 c. crushed crackers
1 c. thinly sliced celery
1 Tbsp. grated onion
1 egg
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and bake at 450 degrees for 20 minutes or lightly browned. This mixture may also be used to form into patties and fried.
