Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. round steak
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 large green pepper, cut into strips
    1 c. water
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    rice or noodles
Preparation
    Cut steak in 2 x 1-inch strips and toss with soy sauce.
    Brown on one side in oil.
    Cut pepper into strips.
    Add to meat and stir until meat is browned.
    Combine water and cornstarch.
    Add to meat mixture.
