Artichoke Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 jars marinated artichokes
    5 pieces bread
    8 eggs
    salt and pepper to taste
    grated cheese to taste
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Dice artichokes in a square Pyrex pan. Beat eggs and pour into pan.
    Break bread apart and add to pan. Sprinkle some salt and pepper; mix together.
    Top with grated cheese (pepperoni is optional).
    Bake for 20 to 30 minutes, or until brown.
    Let cool; cut into squares.
