Enchilada Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lbs. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, chopped
1 can tomato sauce
1 can tomatoes
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 T. chili powder
1 dozen corn tortillas
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
3/4 c. milk
2 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Brown meat, onions and garlic.
Drain grease off.
Add tomato sauce, tomatoes and spice.
Line 9 x 13-inch dish with half of the tortillas; pour meat mixture over tortillas.
Add another layer of tortillas.
Pour soup over top and milk over soup.
Sprinkle cheese and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
