Fresh Apple Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 1/2 c. oil
    3 c. flour (plain)
    3 c. chopped apples
    1 c. coconut
Preparation
    Mix sugar and oil.
    Add eggs, one at a time, mix.
    Sift soda and flour.
    Add to egg mixture and beat well.
    Add apples, pecans, coconut and vanilla.
    Bake in greased and floured tube pan for 1 hour and 20 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    Do not open oven while cake is baking.
