Pesto Pasta * - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. fresh basil leaves
1/2 c. olive oil
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
garlic to taste
pepper to taste
pasta of your choice
Preparation
-
Blend first 5 ingredients in blender.
Mix on hot cooked pasta of your choice.
Gnocchi and cheese tortellini work well, as does fresh peppered cheese ravioli.
Serve with green and red salad and a crusty Italian semolina bread, for a complete meal.
