Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 2/3 c. evaporated milk
16 oz. can pumpkin
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. cloves
1 pie crust
Preparation

Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
Beat eggs slightly.
Beat in remaining ingredients.
Pour in crust and bake 15 minutes.
Reduce temperature to 350\u00b0 and bake until knife in center comes out clean, approximately 20 minutes.
