Braised Oriental Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. dried Chinese or Japanese shiitake mushrooms
2 Tbsp. oil
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. m.s.g.
1 tsp. minced ginger
Preparation
-
Soak mushrooms in 3 to 4 cups boiling water and cover for 15 minutes.
Trim off stems, squeeze out water and cut into bite size pieces.
