Cheese Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) box American cheese
    1 small pkg. cream cheese
    onion and garlic salt to taste
    red pepper to taste
    1 c. grated pecans
    chili powder
Preparation
    Soften cheeses to room temperature.
    Mash and mix with all ingredients, except 1/2 cup pecans and chili powder.
    Roll in chili powder on wax paper after you have formed mixture into a log, then roll in the other 1/2 cup pecans.
    Chill in refrigerator.
    Slice and serve with Ritz crackers.
