Persimmon Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. persimmon pulp
    2 1/2 c. sugar (or 1 c. honey)
    2 beaten eggs
    2 c. sifted flour
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. baking powder
    Dash of nutmeg
    Pinch of Salt
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 stick butter or margarine, melted
Preparation
    Stir baking soda into pulp. Add sugar and eggs. Add flour, cinnamon, baking powder, nutmeg, salt and vanilla. Beat well. Add milk and beat well. Add butter and beat well. Bake at 325 degrees for 55 minutes or until done.
