Chocolate Glaze - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. water
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. Hershey's cocoa
    1 c. confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Bring water and butter to a full boil; remove from heat.
    Add cocoa; stir until mixture leaves side of pan and forms ball.
    Beat in confectioners sugar and vanilla.
