Pastry For Pies And Tarts(Using Food Processor) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 stick cold butter or Fleischmann's margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 c. ice water
Preparation
    Use steel knife.
    Put all ingredients in bowl except ice water.
    Cut butter in 7 to 8 pieces.
    Process to consistency of coarse meal (5 to 10 seconds) and with machine running, pour in ice water in steady stream.
    Ball of dough will form above blade in 20 to 50 seconds.
    Remove, cool, flour and roll out.
