Pea Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (1 lb.) bags frozen peas
5 to 7 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
salt and pepper
1 small onion, diced
2 heaping Tbsp. mayonnaise *
2 heaping Tbsp. sour cream *
Preparation

Thaw peas in colander until well drained. Cook and crumble bacon.
Mix all ingredients and chill.
